Risa Sacks has provided training,
writing and research services to businesses, government agencies and
individuals for more than 20 years. She has a BA and MS in Communications.
Risa has conducted thousands of in-depth interviews with experts in a wide
variety of subjects – from major corporate executives, to industry
analysts, scientists in the lab, and administrators in the field – wherever
the information can be found. She has spoken with experts throughout the
US and Canada as well as in over 30 countries around the world. From Australia
to Israel to the UK, companies have turned to her to help deliver the answers.
As a leading proponent of telephone research, Risa has written books and articles
on the topic. She has also presented sessions at numerous regional and national
conferences including those of the Association of Independent Information
Professionals, Special Libraries Association, Internet Librarian, National
Association of Legal Investigators, Open Source Solution, Sisters in Crime,
and Woman’s National Book Association.
She is a member of the Association
of Independent Information Professionals, and follows their Code of Ethical
Business Practices.
